A dozen showings in the first two days.

I just wanted to let you know what your pictures did for our sale. Between your pictures and our stager’s staging ideas our house (in late January) has a dozen showings in the first two days. It created a bidding war for our home which ended up selling $5000 over asking with no conditions. In our neighbourhood there are comparable homes sitting on the market for months. Thank you!
